Role Overview
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and scaling social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries, along with Febstone's own brand presence. The role demands creativity, consistency, and a strong understanding of social media trends. You will handle everything from ideation to execution—including content design, reels/video creation, AI-driven content generation, and analytics—while ensuring measurable growth for each client account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow multiple client social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (static posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and video campaigns) tailored to each client's brand identity.
- Use AI tools for video generation, design, and content optimization.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies for diverse industries.
- Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for consistent growth.
- Keep up with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience managing multiple client accounts in social media marketing (consultancy/agency background is a strong plus).
- Strong expertise in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with video editing & reels creation (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Knowledge of AI-based video and content generation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Midjourney, etc.).
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically and through campaigns.
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and deliver on deadlines.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
