Key Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling for Process Mining:

    Design and maintain process data models for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Plug & Gain, covering processes like Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
  • Data Transformation & Cleansing:

    Transform and cleanse raw SAP and enterprise data to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness for mining.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with business and functional teams to capture requirements and align data models with real-world process behavior.
  • Technical Integration:

    Support integration of SAP Signavio into the data landscape; ensure scalable and secure data pipelines.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Monitor and improve ETL job performance to ensure efficient and timely data delivery.
  • Analytical Support:

    Collaborate with Process Analysts to validate models, investigate anomalies, and support conformance checking.
  • Documentation & Governance:

    Maintain clear documentation of data models, transformation logic, and pipelines for handover to operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Modeler, Data Analyst, or ETL Developer, ideally in SAP environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Plug & Gain, and Process Insights.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP data models and core SAP tables across modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, Maximo, Salesforce).
  • Experience with data preparation for process mining; Celonis experience is also valued.
