We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Apprentice to join our team at TAJ EXOTICA Resort & SPA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
