We are looking for QA Testers to join our growing Technology team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting test cases for our web and mobile applications. The initial focus will be on manual testing, with opportunities to grow into test automation as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across web and mobile applications.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for new features and product releases.

  • Document and track defects clearly, collaborating with developers and product managers to resolve them.

  • Ensure product quality in a fast-paced fintech environment, validating compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to test documentation, QA processes, and knowledge base.

  • (Optional / Preferred) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using popular frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent).

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and advocate for quality at every stage of development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software testing, with strong exposure to manual QA.

  • Experience in fintech or financial services testing (mutual funds, investments, banking, payments, lending, or similar).

  • Ability to write clear and reusable test cases and bug reports.

  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or equivalent).

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • (Preferred) Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.

  • (Preferred) Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
