Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA Tester based in Pune, Maharashtra. The QA Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, performing manual testing, ensuring software quality through rigorous testing methodologies, and documenting results. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, as well as contributing to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Test Execution and creating and executing detailed Test Cases
  • Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Quality Assurance practices
  • Proven Analytical Skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues during software testing
  • Understanding of software development and testing methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
  • Experience with test automation tools (preferred but not mandatory)
