Please find below the JD for Calling Specialist Position:

  • Position: Calling Specialists (voice)
  • Job Shift: Night
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International (Voice) Process.
  • Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision.
  • Job Location: Pan India
  • Salary Range: Ready to Negotiate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects.
  • They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.
  • Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.
  • Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.

SKILLS/EXPERTISE:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have an Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.
  • Must have a clear voice and a must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Candidates with notice period greater than 45 days (non-negotiable), please do not apply.
  • Candidates with only Domestic Call Center experience are ineligible for this profile.
