Job Description
We are seeking a
professional and courteous Front Desk Executive
to join our team at our
Noida office
.
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a
positive first impression
and delivering
exceptional customer service
to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
- Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at reception.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1
years' proven work experience
as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role (preferred). - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
. - Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Professional attitude and appearance
. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking skills
. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Education
- XII / Diploma / Graduation (Required)
- Additional certification in
Office Management
is a plus.
Language
- English (Preferred)
