Salesman-Garment Industry

We are looking for a B2B Salesman to handle wholesale and distributor-level sales for our men's bottom wear category. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment wholesale markets and strong knowledge of men's jeans, trousers, cargos, and other bottom wear products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B sales with wholesalers, distributors, MBOs, agents, and retailers.
- Visit market regularly to generate orders and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Showcase new collections, explain product features, fabric quality, pricing, and margins.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new buyers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for order follow-ups, delivery, and payments.
- Maintain proper records of client visits, orders, and outstanding payments.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Assist in exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B garment/wholesale sales (menswear preferred).
- Strong network in garment markets, especially in bottom wear.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for market visits.
- Knowledge of fabrics, fits, washes, and styles in men's bottom wear is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
