Failure Analysis CT Engineer ͏

Job Description:

We are seeking an individual to work with X-ray and CT techniques to assist in the development and failure analysis of consumer electronics. Candidate must possess experience in operating Industrial X-ray/CT systems working in a lab environment and an openness and ability to learning on the job.

Scope:

  • Collect, process, and analyze X-ray CT data
  • Optimize CT scan parameters to provide the best quality output with fast throughput time.
  • Recommend next steps for Failure Analysis from CT data result

Skills and Experience:-

  • Attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Manage shifting priorities, Manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and present technical information crisply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain inter-departmental relationship. - Familiarity with other Failure Analysis techniques such as Optical Microscopy, Xray/CT, XRD, SEM, EDS, FIB, FTIR, GCMS etc is a plus.
  • Consumer electronics (mobile phones) industry experience - knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology), Battery, Camera modules, etc a plus.

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.

Experience: 3-5 Years.
