Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced
Tech Lead
to drive the
architecture and development
of scalable distributed systems and complex data pipelines. The role combines
technical leadership
,
hands-on coding
, and
strategic planning
to scale immersive 3D/AR experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
    Architect microservices (Go, Kafka, Redis, etc.), design distributed systems, optimize scalability, and ensure observability.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps:
    Manage Kubernetes deployments, implement auto-scaling, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and cost optimization.
  • Team Management:
    Lead a team of 5–8 engineers, drive sprints, set OKRs, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder communication.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate on GTM roadmaps, capacity planning, and tech debt reduction; set engineering best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Backend:
    Go (advanced), concurrency, middleware design.
  • Distributed Systems:
    Kafka, service mesh, API gateways, saga patterns.
  • Scaling & Performance:
    Load balancing, sharding, profiling.
  • Data Systems:
    MySQL/Postgres optimization, MongoDB, Neo4j.
  • Cloud & Infra:
    Kubernetes, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Experience:

  • 7–10 years in software engineering (4+ in distributed systems)
  • 2+ years in team/technical leadership
  • Proven project ownership from concept to production
  • Experience with 24x7 production systems and compliance (SOC2, GDPR)

Nice-to-Have:
