Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage Associate at Scylla-Luxury Resort & Spa, located in Udupi. The Food & Beverage Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to guests, delivering top-tier customer service, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting with menu recommendations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. Collaboration with team members and chefs to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service skills to address guest needs and enhance the dining experience
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
• Culinary Skills and basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality or the food and beverage industry is an advantage
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
