Business Development Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Intern (BDM Intern) who is passionate about marketing, sales, and growth. The intern will support the business development team by generating leads, managing social media, designing creatives, executing email marketing campaigns, and maintaining the CRM system.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career in business development, marketing, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Create marketing creatives using Canva (posts, stories, brochures, ads).
- Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Conduct online research to find potential clients and partners.
- Support team in daily operations, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Track campaign performance and share weekly reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Understanding of email marketing tools.
- Ability to work with CRM systems (LeadSquared, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Good command of English & Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Students pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, BCom, BA, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Freshers with strong interest in marketing & business development can also apply.
Job Types: Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 1-3 months
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
