Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure effective utilization of CRM tools, and drive customer engagement and retention. The role involves maintaining accurate customer data, executing targeted campaigns, analyzing customer behavior, and collaborating with teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Segment customer databases and design targeted campaigns to improve engagement, upsell, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions, purchase behavior, and lifecycle trends.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to design and execute personalized communication strategies (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Generate and present reports on CRM performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer KPIs.
- Support customer onboarding, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
