Responsibilities :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed system changes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • Develop and maintain database queries, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models and documentation.
  • Apply ITIL framework principles to improve IT service delivery processes.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT service documentation.
  • Work with cloud-based technologies and managed services platforms.
  • Understand cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Participate in Cloud based implementation and support.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in testing activities.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, particularly ITIL.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and managed services platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of SDLC.Preferred Skills :
