Oracle Cloud ERP Report Developer (OTBI / BI Publisher)

Location: Remote

Overview:

Client is seeking a skilled report developer to assist with the creation of custom financial reports within our Oracle Cloud ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher, with a strong understanding of Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom reports in OTBI and BI Publisher to meet business and regulatory reporting requirements.

Partner with finance stakeholders to translate report specifications into technical deliverables.

Modify existing reports and dashboards as needed to reflect evolving business needs.

Ensure that reports align with Chart of Accounts, segment structure, and data security protocols.

Test and validate reports with end users to ensure accuracy and usability.

Document report logic and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

35+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically Financials.

Demonstrated proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher.

Experience creating custom financial reports (e.g., trial balance, budget vs actuals, journal detail).

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models, subject areas, and reporting tools.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. Shape

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Oracle Smart View, FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), or EPM/ARCS/FCCS environments.

Prior experience working in healthcare or hospital systems is a plus.

Understanding of security roles and report access in Oracle ERP.
