Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of software applications using C# and .Net Core.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Manage Agile development processes and ensure the effective delivery of project milestones.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices, coding standards, and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing exceptional support to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and trends to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Desired Skills

• Proficient in C# and .Net Core, with deep understanding of the framework and architecture of applications.

• **Software Development:**
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust applications using C# and .NET Core in alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

• **Collaboration:**

• **Quality Assurance:**

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure that defects are identified and resolved quickly.
• **Continuous Improvement:**
• Engage in continuous learning and keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development.

• **Documentation:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
