Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our Pune office. In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that serve our global customer base. You will work across the full stack from front-end user interfaces to back-end services – and deliver cloud-based, secure, high-performance solutions.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core (C#) for the server side and Angular 2+ (TypeScript) for the client side.
• Develop, integrate and optimise Web APIs / RESTful services for inter-application communication.
• Deploy and host applications in cloud environments (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage).
• Manage and work with databases – both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational (SQL Server) – including writing queries, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product managers and DevOps to deliver high-quality features.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Follow best practices: write clean, maintainable and well-documented code; apply SOLID principles and design patterns; engage in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing applications to improve performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Mentor junior team members when required and help raise the overall team standard.

2. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack application development.
• Strong experience with .NET Core and C# for backend development.
• Proficiency in Angular 2+ with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design principles.
• Proven experience in building and consuming Web APIs/RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Storage).
• Experience working with MongoDB and SQL Server – including queries, stored procedures and performance optimisation.
• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work in agile/scrum teams and adapt to changing priorities.

3. Preferred / "Nice-to-Have" Skills

• Experience with a microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of application security best practices (e.g., OWASP, JWT, OAuth).
• Experience working in a global/remote team environment.
