Job Description – IT Application (NBFC | Automation | Cloud)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of LOS, LMS, CBS, CRM, Field App & Collections App.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of onboarding, KYC, underwriting, disbursement, repayment & NPA workflows.

  • Lead implementation of new applications and configure schemes, rule engines, workflows; conduct UAT & go-live.

  • Handle system integrations including Credit Bureau, KYC, Payment, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP & Marketing APIs.

  • Build automations using n8n, Power Automate, Zapier and create workflows across LOS → LMS → CBS → Accounting.

  • Develop WhatsApp automation flows, webhook triggers, scheduled jobs, and approval pipelines.

  • Write SQL queries for MIS, reconciliation, debugging, audits & data migration.

  • Manage cloud deployments on GCP/Azure – VMs, firewalls, IAM, storage, SSL & monitoring.

  • Ensure RBI-compliant security, audit readiness, RBAC, logs & data protection.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; manage SLAs and system changes.

  • Provide L1/L2 support for LOS/LMS/CBS, KYC, payment systems & field apps.

  • Ensure accurate data flow to BI tools and support marketing automation, alerts & MIS reporting

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
