Continental: Commi-|

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental cuisine, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commi or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
