As a Lead Asset and Configuration Coordinator at our organization, your role will involve managing a team of asset and configuration coordinators. You will generate and present reports on asset status, utilization, and compliance. Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for asset procurement and maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to adhere to ITIL best practices in asset and configuration management. Technical skills required for this role include proficiency in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management (CM) tools, a strong understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes, and experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) systems.
