We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our Research team. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive research and analysis on capital market instruments, sectors, and economic trends to support client advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth fundamental and technical analysis of mutual funds, equities, fixed income, and other capital market instruments.

  • Track, analyze, and interpret macroeconomic and industry trends affecting the capital markets.

  • Create financial models and sector reports.

  • Prepare research reports, financial planners, investment recommendations, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and summarize news, corporate actions, and market-moving events.

  • Contribute to strategy papers, thematic research, and other thought leadership initiatives.

  • Collaborate with sales, product and marketing team to address requirements and provide market insights.

  • Maintain databases and ensure accuracy of research data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CA, CFA, FRM, or progress towards them preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in capital markets research or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and investment strategies.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MorningStar, Bloomberg or related platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
