Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong 
Senior Equity Research Analyst

with 
3–7 years of relevant experience.

The role involves generating actionable investment insights, conducting detailed fundamental analysis, and supporting portfolio managers in identifying long-term alpha-generating opportunities across assigned sectors.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in 
equity research (buy-side or sell-side)

with a demonstrated track record of 
sector expertise

, robust financial modeling skills, and a passion for deep-dive fundamental research.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • The analyst will actively research and analyse companies for the assigned sectors, focusing on their financials, business model, industry dynamics, and management quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including earnings projections. Actively monitor and track the quarterly performance of portfolio companies.
  • The analyst should be capable of independently researching markets, industries, and specific companies to discover potential investment opportunities.
  • The analyst should effectively collaborate with the investment team to communicate and discuss research findings and investment recommendations.

Education:

  • CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution preferred.
