As a SAP BRIM Hybris CI Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the Charging Integration (CI) module within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solution, with a focus on SAP Hybris Billing. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy CI solutions that support complex billing and charging processes. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand billing and charging requirements. Design end-to-end billing and charging processes using the SAP Hybris Billing Charging Integration (CI) module.
  2. CI Configuration: Configure SAP BRIM Hybris CI module to support rating, charging, and billing for various services and products. Define charging plans, rate tables, pricing rules, and discount structures to meet business requirements.
  3. Integration: Integrate SAP Hybris Billing CI module with other SAP BRIM components such as Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and SAP S/4HANA Finance. Implement interfaces and APIs to exchange data with CRM, ERP, and provisioning systems.
  4. Custom Development: Develop custom enhancements and extensions to extend the functionality of SAP Hybris Billing CI module. Write custom code in ABAP, Java, or other programming languages to implement complex charging scenarios and business rules.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP BRIM Hybris CI solutions. Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of charging processes under various scenarios.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on SAP Hybris Billing CI functionality and best practices.
  7. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP BRIM Hybris CI solutions, including monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution. Collaborate with SAP support teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement patches and updates.
  8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP BRIM and Hybris Billing developments, including new features, enhancements, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to optimize billing and charging processes.
