Job Summary:

Candidate will be responsible for promoting the assigned country by driving brand awareness, promoting global universities, customer engagement, career counseling and product trainings. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success and shape the future of our brand internally and at different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the student recruitment process, including career counseling and effective guidance throughout the process.
  • Holding and organizing country and University specific promotional webinars, podcasts, etc.
  • Representation at national and international events for the Organization.
  • Managing university course finder mechanism.
  • Day to day correspondence and email received from universities reg. update course/intake and for management.
  • Attending virtual exhibitions events / webinars / training sessions etc.
  • Attending workshops organized by the universities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international business or a related field

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Overseas Education industry.

  3. Demonstrated strategies developing effective business and collaborative

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain

relationships with Partner university and institutions, students, parents,and internal teams

  1. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions

  2. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
