About the Role

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process across various functions. This role is crucial in ensuring timely closures of positions, building a robust talent pipeline, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers and finalize hiring in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates to management.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools/platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
