There's no job description. You'll do everything. And you'll learn how to PEP up an entire company.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build systems from zero (how we operate to create pep-up moments)

  • Shadow founders in strategy, partnerships, ops, tech and digital

  • Own projects end-to-end

  • Solve 100+ problems you've never seen before

  • Touch marketing, brand experiences, tech – literally everything

  • Make real decisions without asking permission

  • Learn how to PEP UP every part of a business

**One month in:** You'll have built something that creates actual moments.

**Six months in:** You'll understand how PEP scales.

**One year in:** You'll know how to build pep-up culture anywhere.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets/Presentation

  • In Delhi (or willing to be)

  • Willingness to learn how to create experiences

  • Genuine interest in marketing, brand experiences or tech



YOUR FIRST MONTH

Week 1: Meet team, drink from firehose, learn how we PEP things up

Week 2-3: Shadow founders

Week 4: Own your first pep-up project (create a system that sticks)
