Role Description

We are looking for a
Backend Developer + MongoDB)
to join our core tech team in Hyderabad.

You will design and develop scalable backend services, build APIs, work on database structures, improve performance, and collaborate with front-end, product, and operations teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using & MongoDB
  • Develop REST APIs for mobile & web applications
  • Work on ride management, booking flows, and real-time features
  • Debug issues, improve performance, and enhance overall scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Mobile, DevOps)
  • Ensure basic backend security, validation, and documentation


Qualifications

  • Solid experience with

    and
    MongoDB
  • Understanding of REST APIs
    , JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend fundamentals
  • Familiarity with
    basic API security
    (JWT, validation)
  • Exposure to

    , Redis, or cloud services is a plus
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in real-time systems or mobility platforms is an added advantage
