Objective:

  • Changes in processes or new processes have to be developed, tested and implemented and to be followed up in order to improve efficiency, quality and safety in production.
  • Manufacturing new products (trial batches scale up) has to be done as per advice from R&D and the documents, processes and resources to be used have to be defined.
  • Global standards (KS, good practices, legal aspects) have to be implemented
  • Trouble shooting and root cause analysis for problematic batches/products must be carried out to stabilize the process and the quality of the product.
  • Process control measures have to be planned, implemented and tested in order to improve process stability and documentation
  • All products have to be manufactured and handled with respect to safety, quality, time schedules and all internal or external requirements and specifications.
  • The collaboration with other departments and functions within the company has to be managed well.
  • Lab batches to be produced to analyze processes

Job profile:

  • Recipe writing in Siemens Simatic Process Control Systems.
  • Work instructions for production to be changed/created as per requirement.
  • SOP for processes and machines to be written, discussed, agreed and trained.
  • Good relationship and understanding of the workers/ operators.
  • Support R&D for production process in new products and carry out pilot batches
  • Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.
  • Compliance with general manufacturing standard and related documents (MS, WI, )
  • Identification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection
  • Analyse quality and other deviations and report appropriate. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.
  • Participation in development of all production resources (man, machine, )
  • The process engineer is liable to follow advice and take up additional (functional related / OpEx) projects from head of production.

  • Should have Knowledge about production process in general

  • Experience in Siemens PCS 7 operations and troubleshooting
  • Should have good experience in chemistry of lubricants
  • Hands-on experience in SAP production module & Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in recipe writing Siemens Simatic Process Control System.
