Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Clinic Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Vijayawada, Vizianagaram District. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role involves managing clinic operations, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Solid knowledge of medical billing and coding to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems to manage patient information securely and efficiently.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance regulations to maintain adherence to industry standards and laws.
  • Strong financial management skills tailored to the healthcare environment for strategic budgeting and cost control.
  • Commitment to quality assurance in healthcare, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems to improve operations and patient care through innovative technology solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow at all times.
  • Optimize patient flow and clinic scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise clinic staff by providing clear direction, mentoring, and evaluations to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Ensure accurate medical billing and coding processes to optimize reimbursements and financial performance.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure the clinic meets all legal and ethical standards.
  • Monitor clinic financials, including budgeting and expense management, for sustainable financial health.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to continually improve clinic service and patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with IT personnel to maintain and enhance clinic technological systems for improved efficiency.
