Developmental Pediatrician

Job Overview

A reputed hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced Developmental Pediatrician to assess, diagnose, and manage developmental, behavioral, and learning disorders in children. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise and a compassionate approach to child healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues.
• Conduct developmental assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, therapists, and pediatricians.
• Guide parents regarding developmental milestones, therapies, and interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based practices.
• Participate in case discussions and provide clinical support to pediatric units.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD/DNB in Pediatrics with specialization/training in Developmental Pediatrics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a pediatric care team.
