In this role at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions. Your primary focus will be collaborating with cross-functional finance and technology teams to enhance account reconciliation processes, increase visibility and control, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or assist in the implementation of Oracle ARCS, involving design, configuration, data integration, and testing. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design comprehensive reconciliation workflows and rules. - Configure profiles, formats, rules, and automation logic within ARCS to align with business requirements. - Set up integrations with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for loading balances and transactions. - Develop and implement test cases for system validation, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Provide training, user documentation, and post-go-live support for business users. - Monitor reconciliation cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of reconciliation exceptions. - Support continuous enhancements, performance tuning, and maintenance of the ARCS system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field years of experience in Oracle ARCS or other reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine). - Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial close cycles. - Experience with data integrations and transformation tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, or ETL tools). - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Oracle EPM/ARCS certifications are a plus.,
