who are eager to kickstart their careers in client servicing and digital marketing. As an
Account Manager Intern
in our
E-commerce Business Unit
(based out of HSR Layout, Bengaluru), you will work closely with our client servicing and strategy teams to manage key client accounts, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

This internship provides
hands-on learning
in client management, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations, with a strong possibility of converting into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned clients in the e-commerce business unit.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance marketing, operations) to deliver on client requirements.
  • Support in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, reports, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to provide insights for client strategies.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and optimization.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Open to
    freshers
    (recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields).
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Internship/project experience in marketing, advertising, or client servicing is a plus (not mandatory).
