ThinkByte.AI is looking for a creative, AI-powered Graphic & Video Designer who can craft compelling visuals and edit high-impact videos for digital campaigns, brand assets, and content automation tools like You'll work with AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) and collaborate with our engineering team building AI agents and creative automation pipelines. If you're passionate about design, motion, and pushing creative boundaries with AI, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic & Motion Design: Design graphics, illustrations, social media creatives, banners, and presentation assets using traditional tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and AI tools.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form videos for YouTube, social media, and product demos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway, or Pika.
  • AI-Powered Creative Workflows: Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to enhance and accelerate creative output. Work with our engineering team on internal tools and agents for creative automation.
  • Brand & Campaign Assets: Ensure visual consistency across ThinkByte's internal products, client campaigns, and brand content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to integrate visuals into product pipelines, landing pages, social media, and video assets.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software
  • Understanding of motion design principles, trends, and social media formats
  • Ability to adapt fast, iterate quickly, and work with cross-functional teams
