Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad, India for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer role requires close collaboration with various teams to produce high-quality visual assets for both digital and print mediums.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a flair for storytelling through visual media. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for digital platforms, including graphics, videos, banners, posters, and more

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics, posters, and banners for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, YouTube, reels, ads, and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to understand content requirements and deliver timely creative assets.
  • Conceptualise visual content based on briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Optimise media for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Optimise content for SEO to improve search rankings drive website traffic.
  • Edit, proofread and maintain consistency across all content formats.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets, templates, and project files.
  • Keep your finger on pulse- Analyse trends, insights, competitors and stay updated on current design and content trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
  • Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital content trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Portfolio of past design and video work is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual communication, Fine Arts, or related field

Good to Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation.
  • Experience with content strategy or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in start-up environment
