We are pleased to announce that our sister concern, URJA Food & Dairy LLP, is looking to hire a skilled Marketing Executive to support our growing operations in the dairy segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance our market presence. We seek a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for the FMCG/dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote dairy products across targeted markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the dairy sector.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and product launches.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions, and content creation.
  • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners to strengthen product reach.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities such as sampling events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with marketing guidelines.
  • Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the dairy or FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
