About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified legal professional experienced in handling end-to-end legal matters in the real estate sector. The role involves managing both litigation and non-litigation work related to land acquisition, redevelopment, and residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle litigations related to land, redevelopment projects and residential/commercial developments.
  • Represent the company before Courts, Tribunals, RERA, Consumer Forums, and other quasi-judicial authorities.
  • Draft and finalize legal documents, petitions, complaints replies, and other litigation-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with external counsels, law firms, and internal departments for case management.
  • Review and finalize title search reports, title certificates and related documentation for land and property matters.
  • Draft and vet development agreements, term sheets, sale deeds, agreements for sale, deeds of conveyance, lease and mortgage deeds and other project-related documents.
  • Handle society-related legal matters under MCS Act, 1960 for redevelopment projects.
  • Provide legal support for new and ongoing real estate projects from inception to completion.

Desired Profile:

  • LLB from a recognized university; LLM preferred.
  • At least 9 years of experience in real estate legal matters, preferably with a developer or reputed law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA, MCS Act, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
