Training Operations & Effectiveness evaluation   Devise a learning strategy to ensure TNI fulfilment via Learning calendar implementation and Digital learning solutions   Leverage the Kirk Patrick model for training effectiveness to conceptualize and deploy tools and system to conduct training knowledge transfer and gauge effectiveness evaluation across all 4-leaves as per program needs  Facilitate data inputs and MIS management for key training function metrics to create robust reporting and efficiency throughput tracking   Deploy latest methods to leverage digital platforms and technology solutions for pre & post training effectiveness   Partner with key internal SME's or stakeholders to understand the key training impact metrics and work of evaluation matrix to gauge effectiveness  Drive execution of training programs including preparing and sending program invitations, driving participation, tracking completion of pre-training questionnaires (where required), arranging program logistics (food, stay & training material), tracking attendance, etc  Arrange all logistics and infrastructure required for the actual delivery of training in the most effective and feasible manner  Collect feedback on participants' experience in terms of performance of faculties, the effectiveness of infrastructure, effectiveness of institutional tie-ups and participant engagement during training, etc. to gather an accurate understanding of training effectiveness. Take necessary actions, if any, basis the feedback received  Content curation & customized solutions  Design learning programs in line with Business needs and L&D strategy to drive & influence leadership for engagement for all types of training (Techno -functional, Behavioural & Leadership)  Curate Learning Journey in line with IDP's (Individual Development plans) as per target audience for flagship interventions like AAROH | UDAY etc. @ JK Flagship interventions 

 Minimum Degree: MBA / Diploma/ Certification in OD , Psychology or HR (spl.)  Minimum Years / Type of experience: 14-16 years  Area-specific knowledge: o Planning, scheduling and project management skills o Stakeholder Engagement & relationship building o LMS Hands on – Reports , dashboards , content  o Data Analytics & Dashboard skills o Strong Facilitation & Coaching capability o Instructional Design & content development
