Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Research Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, conducting market research, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. A strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including content creation, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand positioning.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to extract actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Create marketing content and materials, such as brochures, presentations, blog posts, newsletters, and digital assets.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and brand activations to increase public and media exposure.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Stay current with industry trends, and marketing best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 0-1 years experience (Fresher's preferred)
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta ads, CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data mining and analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support decision-making.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to expos, trade shows, and industry events
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong eye for detail and brand alignment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
