About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute 360° digital initiatives. This role requires a versatile marketer with hands-on expertise across SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, ORM, brand building, and creative collaboration.

You'll play a critical role in driving integrated marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the brand's visibility across both traditional and emerging platforms - including AI-driven discovery platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and other generative AI assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 360° Digital Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategies

Ensure synergy across paid media, organic growth, content, social, and branding initiatives

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Lead technical and on-page SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility

Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and content mapping

Implement structured data, schema markup, and content formatting for AI discoverability

  1. Performance Marketing

Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn

Optimize campaigns for metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and CTR

Conduct A/B testing of creatives and landing pages

  1. Influencer & Community Marketing

Identify and manage partnerships with micro and macro influencers

Strategize and execute influencer campaigns for engagement and conversions

Measure and analyze campaign impact and ROI

  1. Content Strategy & Copy Supervision

Lead content planning for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns

Maintain tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all channels

Optimize content to be AI-friendly and accessible by tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek

  1. AI-Driven Content Visibility & Integration

Adapt and structure content to ensure discoverability on AI platforms

Monitor how brand content surfaces in AI chat assistants and improve relevance

Collaborate with SEO and content teams to make data, FAQs, and thought leadership AI-consumable

  1. Creative Coordination

Work with graphic designers to deliver high-quality visual assets

Maintain brand identity and aesthetics across all creatives

Supervise creative briefs and ensure quality output

  1. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Monitor online reviews, brand mentions, and customer feedback

Respond proactively to queries and concerns

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve sentiment

  1. Social Media Management

Manage and execute content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Create engaging content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.)

Track performance metrics and audience engagement

  1. Email Marketing & CRM

Plan and send newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails

Use tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot

Segment and nurture leads to boost engagement and conversions

  1. Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across all marketing channels

Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and reports

Derive actionable insights for ongoing improvements

Requirements

3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing across SEO, performance marketing, content, influencer, ORM, and branding

Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability

Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Excel

Understanding of how AI language models and search algorithms discover and surface brand content

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field

Certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in agency or consumer-facing brand environments is a plus
