Seeking experienced Business Analysts for onsite roles, with strong domain expertise across key banking functions. The ideal candidate will be critical in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyse business requirements across banking domains
Document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk frameworks
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
Required Skills Experience:
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking and financial services
Domain Expertise: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Compliance, Fraud, AML
Tools: MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools
Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
Communication: Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
