What You'll Do
- Plan, execute & optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage PPC, display, retargeting, shopping, and video campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Optimize ad budgets to achieve best CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and attribution tools — and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design & content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- (Good to Have) SEO knowledge to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (certifications are a plus).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation, funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Exposure to e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart) and SEO basics.
