Location: Bangalore
Budget: ₹10–11 LPA
Shift: Rotational (Morning: 6 AM–3 PM | Afternoon: 3 PM–12 AM)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who can drive exceptional client experience and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success or customer service, a deep understanding of contact center metrics, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer success operations ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Analyze and manage key performance metrics such as Attrition, Capacity Planning, Shrinkage (planned/unplanned), Utilization, and Occupancy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Develop retention strategies to minimize churn and improve overall customer lifetime value.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Service roles.
Overall 7+ years of professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; should be well-versed with key operational formulas and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
