Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and program PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) using ladder logic, structured text, and other IEC languages.
  • Integrate and commission automation systems, including HMI, SCADA, robotics, and motion control, at client facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and deliver cutting-edge automation solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing control logic to enhance performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Create and manage comprehensive documentation for program logic, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Provide on-site technical support during installation and commissioning phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with major PLC platforms like Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) or Siemens.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in IEC standard languages.
  • System Knowledge: Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for project commissioning and support.
