Role Description

As a Content Writer and Graphics Designer at Bugsmirror, you will be responsible for developing compelling content as well as designing creative visuals to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This dual role will require strong storytelling, design, and collaboration skills to deliver high-quality materials that engage our audience across multiple platforms.

Job resposnibilities

Content Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our product's marketing objectives.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Write engaging and SEO-optimized content including blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, and press releases, etc.
• LinkedIn & Leadership Content: Craft and manage LinkedIn leadership posts to enhance thought leadership and the online presence of our company leaders.
• Technical & Non-Technical Blogs: Deliver well-researched technical and non-technical blog posts showcasing our expertise and product capabilities.
• Miscellaneous Marketing Content: Support additional needs like brochures, email content, website copy, campaign messaging, etc..
• Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance using analytics tools and refine content strategies accordingly.

Graphics Responsibilities

• Creative Visual Design: Design visually appealing graphics for websites, blogs, and company products to enhance user engagement and product visibility.
• Marketing Collateral: Create impactful visuals for LinkedIn posts, brochures, flyers, banners, standees, and other marketing materials.
• Develop engaging videos, reels, and short-form content to drive audience engagement and company's marketing across platforms.
• Event & Campaign Graphics: Develop professional graphics for product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing team to produce graphics that complement written communication.

Skills required

• Content Writing & Editing: Strong ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO practices and content promotion strategies.
• Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW (or similar tools).
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and design engaging visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail Orientation: Ability to balance creativity with accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in content writing, marketing, and graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing content samples and design work (mandatory).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and design trends.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and impactful storytelling.
