What Youll Do

  • Conceptualize and design visuals for B2B content assets such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, and presentations.
  • Create LinkedIn carousels, social media graphics, email banners, and campaign creatives that align with messaging and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with writers, video editors, and strategists to maintain brand consistency across platforms and clients.
  • Develop brand identity systems, including logos, typography, and style guides for client brands.
  • Design infographics and visual data narratives to simplify complex business insights.
  • Work with motion and video teams to design static frames or layouts that can transition into motion graphics.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision, meeting deadlines while maintaining creativity and brand integrity.

Who You Are

  • Based in Indore
  • 1 - 5 years of experience, ideally in a digital marketing or B2B agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Firm grasp of B2B design sensibilities - minimalism, hierarchy, typography, and data visualization.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and digital ad formats used for lead generation campaigns.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to both your own growth and the company's journey.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to motion graphics, video layouts, or micro-animations.
  • Experience designing for SaaS, FinTech, or Tech brands.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney, Runway, or D-ID for creative ideation.
