We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Zscaler Zero Trust Browser product line. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager. Your responsibilities will be:
- Leading the complete product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, specification, design, launch, and continuous improvement
- Engaging with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to identify workflow challenges, security needs, and emerging trends in browser-based work
- Translating customer insights, market research, and threat intelligence into clear and actionable product requirements (PRDs)
- Collaborating with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable zero-trust browser features
- Partnering with marketing, sales, customer support, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption
- 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in product management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of enterprise security principles like SASE, Secure Web Gateways, Firewalls, and ZTNA
- Technical knowledge of networking and security concepts like TCP/IP, SSL, IPSEC, DNS, OAuth, and SAML
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience designing, managing, or supporting endpoint security software.
- Deep technical understanding of secure enterprise browsers or the browser ecosystem.
