Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services, APIs, and applications.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
  • Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party APIs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features and fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team learning and improvements.
  • Optimize performance and ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Good understanding of software development best practices (testing, CI/CD, Agile, etc.).

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
  • Knowledge of unit testing and test frameworks (e.g., PyTest, unittest).
