About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Django, Flask, and a strong background in AI/ML frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications, as well as integrating machine learning models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Django, FastAPI and Flask.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Build, train, and deploy ML models into production.
  • Work on end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, product) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Python, AI/ML, and web frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-7 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Strong expertise in Django, FastAPI and Flask frameworks.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models in real-world applications.
  • Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
