We are urgently seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in hospital management and healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and representing the company at both national and international platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for healthcare and hospital projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional clients.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market research to understand healthcare industry trends and competition.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, branding, and communications.
  • Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, and exhibitions (domestic & international).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in sales & marketing within the healthcare or hospital management sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online presentation tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel across India and internationally as per business needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Male candidate with a strong background in healthcare marketing or hospital operations.
  • Currently based in Pune and available for immediate joining.
  • Strong professional ethics, networking ability, and leadership qualities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹650,000.00 per year
