Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management while supporting employees to achieve a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Organize training, learning, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular HR reports for management.
  • Support workforce planning, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
